I am Deborah
Cheers!
I live in Fairfield, CT and grew up in front of the family camera in Cincinnati, OH. My mother had a little gold Kodak Pocket Instamatic with a blinding flash cube. I too then "blinded" my children by constantly taking their photos as I attended an art school to learn the craft of developing film to printing in a wet darkroom. I'll never forget the thrill of seeing my first image appear through the chemicals in the fixer tray. Fast forward, digital photography offered ease and immediate gratification with the caveat of learning technology to set the camera and then post process. So here I am, always the student of this craft, and do hope I have tickled your visual sense and tapped into the catalog of your own memories.
When I'm not photographing you can find me cycling, photographing my grandchildren, or chopping shallots in the kitchen.
